The Website Owner reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, any changes or updates to its content and services, these General Conditions and, in general, of any part of the design and configuration Web Site. Payment must be made within 7 days after the date of shipping of your order. You will receive an email at the time your order is sent. In this email you will find the deadline to make the payment, it will also indicate all the necessary information to make the payment.
You can split your purchase in 3, 6 or 12 months (cost of 3€ to 12€ / fee depending on the amount of the order). In this case, you will make an initial payment at the time of purchase, after this, your order will begin processing without any delay or obligation to provide other documentation. The following payments will be automatically charged to your card every 30 days until you have paid the full amount due.

1.3. Order delivery
Delivery orders will be held at the delivery address freely designated by the buyer. The Website does not accept any liability if the product delivery or service will not be realized because of the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by the buyer for this purpose, and in the event that the delivery can not be made for reasons outside the shipping company allocated for this purpose (inability to contact the recipient).

Laguarda Joiers SL is not responsible for additional charges or refunds of excise duty due on arrival, customs or similar.
For shipments out of Spain the web site uses UPS delivery company (shipping costs are included in the product price).
* For shipments outside Spain the Web Site uses UPS shipping company and in some cases international shipments are by registered mail (shipping is included in the price of products).
All special taxes, fees or other expenses at the place of destination of the shipment are the responsibility of and on behalf of the client as well as possible delivery delays caused by customs clearance.
* SEIKO AND GRAND SEIKO WATCHES MAY NOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.
1.4. Delivery times and availability of products
The delivery of products selected by the user may depend on the type, amount, reference or other parameters. Generally the delivery time is 2-7 days.
In general, the Website ensure that the delivery of the purchased products can recepcionarse by the customer within a maximum of 7 days (NORMALLY ARE of 2-4) from recruitment. The Website is committed to greater efficiency in responding to customers, wherever technically and logistically feasible.
In case of not having availability of a requested product, the Website shall immediately inform the buyer, specifying delivery within predictable, offering alternatives and giving you the option to modify or cancel your order. Based on information that justified the purchaser assumes that in no event may take legal action against the website in relation to the delivery time of an order.
1.5. Price and validity of the offer
The prices shown for each product include, unless expressly stated otherwise, the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case, be expressed by default in the Euro currency (€) . These prices include shipping, insurance shipments or any other additional and ancillary services relating to product or service purchased.
The price applicable to each product will be published on the Website and applied automatically by the recruitment process in the last phase. The user assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some products may vary in real time. In any case it will always be previously communicated to the user.
Any payment made to the Website entail the issuance of an invoice Registered user name (or name of the recipient shipping if purchased as a guest). This invoice will be sent with the product purchased to the address provided by the User.
For any information about the order, the user can go through the website contact with reference to the order number that was assigned and indicated in the email confirmation of purchase.
1.6. Right of withdrawal
Users who purchase may cancel the contract under Article 101 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users").
To exercise this right, the User must send the duly completed Website, an "Application for withdrawal". The deadline which the user has to send that document is 7 working days from the date you received the product. To do so, simply contact the Customer Service via the contact form online or by phone.
In this case, the user must return the product to the Website taking over the direct cost of returning. After receiving the return the Website returned to the User the full amount of the product satisfied within a maximum period of 30 days. For its part, also, the user must respond to and compensate the Website for any damage or deterioration that had suffered the returned product.
After checking the condition of the goods must be unused and in their original packaging, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item, excluding shipping and return costs. These costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the item and you will be notified prior to the return.
The refund will be made in the same mode in which the purchase was made.
If a refund, the article was not in these conditions shall be sent to the buyer, being in charge of the corresponding sizes
1.7. Product warranties
Customers of the Web Site benefit from the guarantee given by the various manufacturers of each of the items. (2 or 3 years depending on the manufacturer)
The images, graphics supports and technical specifications of the products may be changed without notice by the manufacturers and, consequently, the Website can not guarantee that a particular product is not modified in origin. Web Site undertakes to immediately update the data of a product, as soon as you hear about it from the manufacturer.
Regardless of the right of withdrawal already mentioned above, once the order is received, the buyer has 24 hours to verify that you have arrived correctly, complete and unbroken by transportation. Otherwise, it shall notify the Website at this time so that you can arrange the return with the carrier. After the deadline, the buyer will be responsible for the possible expenses.
2. Null and void clauses
If any provision of these Terms be declared totally or partially invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will only affect that provision or part thereof that is invalid or ineffectual and the General Conditions in everything else , considering all or part provision not included.
3.Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters not expressly stated this. The Website and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of goods or services covered by these General Conditions, to the Courts of Barcelona.
