Since its introduction in 2016, the Presage collection fuses Japanese craftsmanship with Seiko mechanical watchmaking.

The Presage Classic Series Bicolor draws from the colors, materials and textures of traditional Japanese craftsmanship in the SPB478J1 as an expression of Seiko's mechanical watchmaking.

SPB478 Shiroiro :  the color of the raw natural weave of silk.

The curved and richly textured dial expresses the softness and elasticity of the natural fabrics of Japanese culture. Its curvature and texture captures and reflects ambient light to create a greater sense of depth and beauty.

The case constructed with smooth, curved surfaces, and the two-way curved sapphire crystal mimics the contours of the domed dial, adding greater depth to the overall design.

The short length of each link increases the comfort of the bracelet.

A multi-row bracelet, inspired by the 70s. The bracelet links are ergonomically shaped, with a curved top surface and reduced contact points around the wrist for a comfortable fit and improved aesthetics.

The SPB478 watch is powered by Seiko 6R movement, which runs for 72 hours.
