Timeless design, an in-house caliber that celebrates decades of Oris watchmaking, and a timepiece that captures the essence of our history: introducing the Big Crown Pointer Date Calibre 403. The alidade calendar movement has been an Oris favorite for over 70 years. The Big Crown Pointer Date, dating back to 1938, features an oversized crown and a central Pointer Date hand. This Oris design is an icon of Swiss watchmaking. The 38mm stainless steel version is a reinvention of the original, featuring our revolutionary 5-day automatic Calibre 403.

The Caliber 403 in the 01 403 7799 4068-07 8 20 06 has a five-day power reserve thanks to two barrels, each housing an extended mainspring, each storing two and a half days of energy. It boasts great precision, better than that of a chronometer.

The Big Crown Pointer Date remains the true cornerstone of the brand since its creation in 1938, its icon, and now it has been renewed. 

The numerals are softer and its overall line is more refined.

 It features a new H-link bracelet and the Oris-developed clasp, a true evolution of the Pointer Date.
