Oris has once again immersed itself in time and is pleased to present the Oris Divers Sixty-Five Date – the rebirth of an iconic diving watch that was first introduced in the Oris collection 50 years ago. The new Oris Divers Sixty-Five shares the original retro aesthetic of the 1960s but has been modernized by applying 21st century watchmaking techniques.
The Sixty-Five Date Cotton Candy Sepia design returns, but with a dark and unexpected twist in a warm tobacco dial and rubber version of the bronze version. The Oris 01 733 7771 3154-07 4 19 18BR is 38 mm, vintage-inspired domed crystal, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and has anti-reflective treatment on the inside to reduce glare and enhance underwater readability
Its bezel is unidirectional rotating and screw-down crown.
The vintage tone continues in the details of the dial, where the hands and hours are edged in gold with lume that glows green in the dark. Even the Oris logo is oxidized bronze. As with previous bronze versions of the Divers Sixty-Five, bronze will vary
naturally over time as it oxidizes, giving each watch a unique finish. The solid caseback is made of stainless steel and is engraved with the Oris shield.
